This Orca pod is in a travel mode in Johnstone Strait, an area between Northern Vancouver Island and the B.C. Mainland. Orca pods, when swimming to a destination, dive and surface in perfect unison, as if they were rising and falling to instructions by some mysterious coastal choreographer.
